Fourteen days of training that build on each other.
Tahto plans gym, running, cycling and HYROX in one rolling 14-day block. When a session drops out or the day gets shorter, you tell the coach. It rebuilds that session and the rest of the block stands.

Four sports, four dedicated coaches
Four coaches plan in parallel, each by its own sport's logic. Above them a head coach reviews the result and pulls apart whatever stacks up on one day.
Weights you've earned
Your split and your exercises, limited to the equipment you entered. How much you add comes out of the sets you logged, and the AI is handed that ceiling and cannot exceed it.
- Automatic or hand-built split
- Favourite or exclude any exercise
- Add your own exercises with a photo
Intervals at your threshold
Threshold pace and threshold heart rate are the anchors. The coach builds the intervals off them, and your easy and long runs follow your race date.
- Threshold pace and LTHR as the basis
- Races from 5k to ultra
- Target and actual pace side by side
Targets in watts or heart rate
The coach works the targets out of your FTP or your threshold heart rate. Every ride gets its zone and its duration, the easy ones included.
- Watts, heart rate, speed or RPE as the target
- Road races, gran fondos and time trials
- Log segments individually
Eight stations with a kilometre between each
HYROX is its own sport here, not a gym plan with runs bolted on. Pick it and running and gym come along, because the race demands both.
- Compromised running and race simulations
- All six divisions with a goal time
- Splits per station and per run
Every change arrives as a proposal.
You write in plain language what changed. What comes back is a card with the exact before and after values, which you apply or dismiss.
I'm in a hotel gym. Dumbbells up to 20 kg, nothing else.
Then we rebuild push. Bench becomes dumbbell bench, dips become overhead triceps extensions. Overhead press stays. At 20 kg you need more reps or the stimulus isn't there.

Read in: 12.4 km in 58:20, 4:42/km average. Your three threshold kilometres came in at 4:11, 4:09 and 4:14, two seconds over target. The run is marked done in the plan.
Why ski erg and not rowing?
Because rowing is already in twice this week and the sled pull is on Thursday. Ski erg takes the pull through the lats instead of the lower back. If you want rowing, I'll swap it.
That was too easy. The rest of the week can hurt.
Good. I'm taking the threshold intervals from 6 × 3 to 5 × 5 minutes and putting 20 kg more on the sled push. Saturday stays easy, or you start next week already wrecked.

My achilles has been fine since April. You can forget about it.
Dropped. The tendon won't appear in any planning again. Jumps and tempo runs are open from now on, and I'll bring the volume back up over two weeks.
What else the coach sees
Calories and macros without a database search.
Whatever you give it for one meal goes into a single analysis, photos as much as typed or spoken notes. The result runs against your daily target, and that target moves with your measured daily energy.
- Five photos, five texts and three voice notes per meal
- Daily target follows the activity from Apple Health
- The coach sees the same numbers you do
From a single set to a HYROX split
The prescription is already in the form. You correct the deviation and close the session. What that produces is the input for the next generation and for your weight steps.
- Prescribed values prefilled, you change only the deviations
- Per-exercise history with total volume
- Animated exercise demonstrations
Reminders anchored to your session
The supplement plan is fixed, the timing comes out of your day. The reminder arrives at your first meal or around your workout, not at eight o'clock sharp.
- Tick off with a swipe or in the chat
- Decline one and bring it back later
- Your timezone is accounted for

Import without linking accounts
- Apple Health
- Workouts from the last three days are imported and matched to a planned session when they fit. Daily energy keeps your calorie target current.
- Garmin Connect
- Share an activity link and it's logged with every lap. Your Garmin account stays out of it.
- Voice notes
- Talk to the coach or dictate your meal. The recording itself is never stored, only the transcript.
- English and German
- The coach writes its sessions and replies in your language too, using the right terms of art rather than translated ones.

Your data stays in the EU
Training and health data fall under Art. 9 GDPR. The processing is built to that standard.
- AI in the EU
- Every model runs in the EU multi-region, not in the US.
- Consent per purpose
- Plan generation, chat and photo analysis toggle separately.
- No ad tracking
- Your data goes to no ad network, and nothing follows you between apps.
- Delete your account
- From inside the app, with everything attached to it.
Common questions
How long is a plan?
Fourteen days, rolling. The next generation picks up where the last one stopped, training block and periodisation included.
What does the app take from my watch?
Through Apple Health, your workouts from the last three days and your daily energy. From Garmin, a shared activity link with every lap. Without a watch you enter the session by hand and nothing else changes.
What happens if I get ill or injured?
You record either one and the coach plans around it. Injury and illness are separate, because they limit training in different ways.
Can the AI just overwrite my plan?
No. Every change arrives as a proposal you confirm, and it's then carried out by ordinary code rather than the language model. Only ticking off a supplement takes effect at once.
Can I add my own sports?
Yes. Fixed commitments like football training or climbing go in as your own workout. The coach doesn't plan them, but it counts them and shortens the day around them.
Is the app out yet?
Not publicly. iOS is in TestFlight beta and Android follows.
